LIVESTRONG Challenge Austin

Hey people! How was your weekend? Ours was excellent. Our friends from Boston came into town for the LIVESTRONG Challenge, and we have been having a great time. Aurora had a little friend to play with all weekend - AJ - who is just a charming and goofy boy. And I got to see tons of friends, walk a 5K, carve a pumpkin, and eat some great food. Here are just a few of my favorite pics:
Here's Matt crossing the finish line after riding 90 miles today. I'm not sure what course was tougher... the Texas Hill Country or the Seattle course that Julian rode earlier this summer. Perhaps they could compare notes. Regardless, it was a very fine weekend indeed. I hope yours was as good!

Looks like Aurora is getting ready for future events as she gets older. Kudos to your friends for their athletic support!

Great pictures. Looks like you had fantastic weather for all the events. And Aurora has recovered from her shots and looks happy.

I spent the week end cleaning and doing paperwork that has piled up on my home desk. Ugh! But it was good having a week end at home with nothing planned--I'm gone so much of the time.

Way to go! We're glad everyone had a good time.

Good pics. Seattle course was 10 miles longer and we had some serious rain at times! But really, a course that is that long with plenty of hills just can't be easy! Nice job to all the Austin finishers!
