Aurora's school just implemented a new system where they can send schedules and photos each day via email. Less paper and more photos - awesome! The system is called Tadpoles and I just love it. Here's one of the first pictures I've received:
It's Aurora and her friend Mia reading in the school library. Her teachers have been telling me that she is well beyond her classmates on the reading skills, and I know she's been sounding out words. I never mean for this to be a bragging blog, but I'm pretty proud.
I've been working a little at a time to complete Aurora's room and the nursery. This week I ordered posters and found frames to match each room, and they turned out great! Aurora's is so, so cute:
As for baby brother's room, well, I figure our little tadpole might like reading too, just like his big sister! At least he should like monkeys...

What a nice poster for Aurora's room - and who doesn't like monkeys?
Wow, it's no surprise that avid reader Aurora would be ahead of her class in reading, LOL. Takes after her Mom. Cute artwork for the kids rooms.
I always enjoy the pictures. Thanks.
